OUR DVDS ARE SOURCED FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED STRAIGHT AWAY. WE STRIVE TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A CHEAPER PRICE THEREFORE ON AVERAGE YOU WILL RECIEVE YOUR DVD IN 5 - 10 WORKING DAYS. A LITTLE WAIT CAN SAVE A LOT OF CASH. SOME DVDS ARE HELD IN STOCK SO WE DO SEND THE PRODUCT STRAIGHT AWAY.
Shipping insurance can be added at a costs of an extra £3 per order
If living within europe please make sure you own a Multi region dvd player to watch Region 1 and Region 4 dvds.

The winner and buyer must complete the sale transaction (including checkout and payment) within 7 (seven) days from receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, winner or buyer will be considered as NON-PAYING buyer.
Multiregion dvd is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods while in transit / shipment, it strongly recommend buyer to apply for insurance option.
If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback, and we shall endeavour to resolve any issues.
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the product information is unintentional.
Return for exchange will be given ONLY on defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrect delivery goods.
Any DVD with visible scratch on the surface will NOT be accepted for return.
Incorrectly delivered goods must NOT be opened. It will NOT be accepted for return if opened.
Request for return must be placed within 14 days and received by us within 30 days of shipment date.
Shipping cost for approved returned goods will be FULLY PAID BACK to you.
